Nice rooms and good breakfast! Wonderful location for skiing and outdoor activities. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking! loved the heated outdoor pool which was open all year round.
The staff can improve their customer service skills. It felt like they were too busy or not interested in assisting some of the guests.

We have been coming to this hotel for three years now and have already booked our room for next year. The kindergarden services are perfect for our two kids. The renovated rooms are amazing and the fitness and spa facilities are easily accessible. The location, just across from the ski lift, is perfect for skiing enthusiasts like us.
This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

The hotel is ideally situated close to the ski area and the town center, making it perfect for discussing the day's skiing with others. it's a short walk to the ski lift for easy access to the slopes. the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious and there are great facilities such as a well-equipped gym and indoor pool.
It would be even better if there were more options for drying wet clothes after a day out, especially if it's raining instead of snowing.

Great access to skiing, fantastic facilities, and friendly staff. the hotel's location across from the ski lift made it incredibly easy to hit the slopes. the rooms were modern and clean, complete with all the facilities you could need. the wellness area was a highlight, with a lovely pool and spa. the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We had no trouble finding a parking spot, and the location right next to the ski lift was perfect. We enjoyed discussing the day of skiing over breakfast, which had a good choice of options. Most of all, the staff were amazing and made us feel at home.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
